Crafters, Demonstrators Booth Rental Application

  Time:   4:00 pm-7:30 pm

  Setup:   3:15 pm-4:00 pm

The Warren Township Council of PTAs is pleased to announce our annual Homefest celebration is scheduled for Friday, September 6th.  We are excited about the activities we have planned for this year. This is a fundraising event for the Warren Township Council of PTAs that helps fund things such as senior scholarships and PTA support for all 17 of the warren township schools. Through our Homefest celebration, we hope to build school spirit and pride for all of Warren Township. We also look forward to bringing our surrounding community together at this amazing event.

 

We utilize two hallways in the school for booth space rental for crafters and demonstrators. This space can be used to sell products or promote your business. Booth spaces are 8X8 feet and are along one side of the hallway.  We leave the other side of the hallway open to all for flow of traffic.  Other Homefest activities include: a district wide fun run, carnival games for the kids, vendors, high school football game, and a district parade.

 

Preregistration Cost is $20 per vendor booth space or $40 for a double space

After August 9th, 2018 Cost is $30 per vendor booth space or $60 for a double space

(2 people allowed per booth.  4 people for a double space. $5 additional charge for more than 2 people.)

 

 

 We will advertise your business information through our 17 local warren township PTAs, on our Facebook page, and share with the district to let everyone know that you will be at our Homefest!

                                                                                 

**Cost of booth does not include dinner.

**You must provide your own table and chairs!!!!

 

Demonstrators, crafters, school organizations, etc. that wish to participate may not duplicate identical items or activities of another participant.  These applications will be handled on first come basis.  We appreciate your support and as a thank you, we will contact you first.  NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL OUTSIDE THE BOOTH AREA.   ANYONE DOING SO MAY BE ASKED TO CLOSE DOWN THEIR BOOTH.

WE WILL HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF BOOTHS WITH OUTLETS. ELECTRICITY WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED ON FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.  Will you need an electrical outlet?  YES_____             NO______

 

 

Please read the following carefully before signing the application:

Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own equipment and display. Warren Central High School nor the Warren Township Council of PTAs will not be liable or responsible in any way for loss, theft, defacement, or destruction of any property displayed by any exhibitor, no matter the cause. We are not responsible for personal loss, injury, or theft. Under no circumstances are any items to be mounted on the walls or secured to the floor. You may take your booth down beginning at 7:30pm only. No early dismantles unless arrangements made in advance to do so. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS and must stay within your own booth space. You are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of your booth area.  Warren Township Council of PTAs has the right to deny space to any group or person if the exhibitor or product is not acceptable to the PTA values or the Homefest concept. If the product is not acceptable for approval, your check will be returned. We also reserve the right to remove from a booth any item which we consider detrimental to a child’s character or health.

 

Voluntary cancellation of space must be made no later than August 7, 2019 for a refund. Any cancellations made after that date will not be refunded. Please make all checks payable to Warren Township Council of PTAs.  Return this completed agreement, along with your booth rental money to:  Attention:  Warren Township Council of PTAs, at 975 N.
